Duties include answering calls on multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service, forwarding customers to correct department, distributing & sending faxes, distributing mail and creating flyers and labels. Applicants must have a friendly, helpful personality and be responsive to needs of customers. This position is very important at In The Ditch as the receptionist is the first person within the company that our customers talk to.
