Speed®
Chocks are used for light to medium duty
towing and
are lightweight, weighing only 8 lbs
each. The
Speed® Chocks feature bolt-on steel
grousers,
which are finished with yellow chromate
plating, a
zinc coating that protects against
weather. The
Speed® Chocks can be chained to
the
tailboard of the truck to be used as a scotch
block, or
can be used as a chock when the chain
isn’t
present. The Speed® Chock Kit also features
steel
mounting brackets for easy storage of the
Speed®
Chocks. The mounts are pre-drilled for
easy
installation and can be mounted in a vertical position, such as in a
tool box or a horizontal
position,
such as on the deck of a wrecker.
