The Speed® Dolly is the first in a long line of new innovative products from In The Ditch™ Towing Products. This lightweight self-loading tow dolly is used for recovery of disabled vehicles with the use of a wheel lift or sling. The dolly easily mounts under the disabled axle of the vehicle allowing the operator to transport to a safe location.

NEW ZINC FINISH OPTION

ON THE SPEED® DOLLY
Another new innovation for the dolly towing market. In The Ditch now offers the option of purchasing the Speed Dollies with a dipped zinc coating. The advantages include having the product coated inside and out. Much better than paint. It also has better protection than painting. For those that want to paint match their trucks, the zinc coating is an excellent prep surface. Call for more information.

TOWING IN THE CRUNCH ZONE

The Speed® Dolly is great for towing in tight-squeeze areas, such as parking garages and parallel parking zones, where there isn’t sufficient room to use the breakover bar. Simply leave the dolly wheel closest to the obstruction in the lowered, locked position and lift the other wheel to the towing position. Pull the vehicle out of the crunch zone and lift the remaining dolly wheel into the towing position and go!

AXLE AND BREAKOVER BAR ADVANTAGES

Not only is the Speed® Dolly light-weight and easy to use, but the aluminum telescoping axles and the light-weight breakover bar have advantages as well. The Speed® Dollies have the longest aluminum telescoping axles in the industry and an easy-to-use rounded snap button, so you can use your finger to easily adjust the length of the axle. The Light-weight breakover bar only weighs 8 lbs and has a soft-grip handle to keep a good grip on the bar.

LIFT ADVANTAGES

The Speed® Dolly compares to other dollies in the market with 5.70x8 tires. Although the Speed® Dolly is only available with 4.80x8 tires, it still has the same vertical lift as other dollies with larger tires. The Speed® Dolly also has a load limit 3040 lbs, thus reducing the need for stocking two sizes of tires.
